Coastal Growth Co. is a small-business IT company based in Laguna Hills, California. We help small offices, clinics, firms, and shops across South Orange County run on technology that just works, without the cost and overhead of an in-house tech team.
Most small businesses are stuck between two bad options: wing IT themselves and lose hours to it, or call a big firm that treats them like a ticket number. We are the third option. You get a real person who knows your setup, answers the phone, and fixes things before they become emergencies.
We handle the whole stack so you do not have to juggle vendors: help desk and computer support, networks and Wi-Fi, email and Microsoft 365, user accounts and Active Directory, security and backup, cameras, practical AI, and the hardware you buy. On-site when you need hands on a problem, remote when you do not.

Noah Stegman
Founder, Coastal Growth Co.
I am Noah Stegman, and I started Coastal Growth Co. here in Laguna Hills. I have spent my schooling and my career in two worlds that most people keep separate: technology, and commercial real estate. That mix turned out to be the whole point.
Real estate taught me how businesses actually work, what it costs to keep the doors open, where owners lose time and money, and what it really takes for a small business to grow and succeed. Technology taught me how to build and run the systems those same businesses depend on every day. Most people who are good with computers have never had to think like an owner, and most owners have never had anyone explain the technology in plain English. I sit in the middle.
So when you bring me a problem, you are not just getting someone who can fix the machine. You are getting someone who understands why it matters to your business, what it is costing you while it is broken, and how to solve it in a way that fits how you actually run. When you call, you reach me, someone local who knows your setup and stands behind the work.
